Create your link (as usual) from a page of the starting site toward a page in the remote site.
Notice when creating the link the inspector shows the relative path but when you release the mouse
the absolute path is created as shown below.

To make links from let's say cartoun toward Mapping, set the mapping options of Cartoun
as it has been done for Mapping.
